In-person training (Cleveland)
Private, one-on-one training delivered in-home or at a private location you already use. The goal is minimal friction, focused work, and consistent progress.

App-only (asynchronous)
Structured training delivered through an app with scheduled check-ins and professional oversight. Support is asynchronous and typically responded to within 24–48 business hours.
$149 / month (app-based coaching)
Hybrid
App-based training plus periodic live sessions for alignment, form review, and course correction when needed. Priced based on frequency and format.
Live remote (1:1 video)
Scheduled video sessions with real-time coaching. Best for clients who want the structure of an appointment. Priced monthly based on frequency.
